Our Financial Services Guide explains the services we offer, how we and our advisers are paid, and how to provide feedback or make a complaint. It is provided as a single document covering both our licensee arrangements (Part 1) and your individual adviser (Part 2), which must be read together.

Complaints process
If you're unhappy with the advice or service provided, put your concerns in writing or call us. We will investigate and respond within 30 days.
